RODRIGO DONOSO BARAONA
Rodrigo concentrates his practice in the resolution of commercial, civil and infringement conflicts. He has participated in important cases before the Competition Court, representing clients linked to various industries, such as telecommunications, energy and maritime transport. Rodrigo permanently represents natural and legal persons in negotiations and arbitration proceedings.
He is part of the Department of Procedural Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the Universidad del Desarrollo, and has participated as an exhibitor in training courses for lawyers of the Corporation for Judicial Assistance of Chile.
Is member of the arbitrator panel of the Court of Appeal of Santiago.

Cristián concentrates his professional legal practice in the resolution of commercial and civil conflicts, especially in disputes over contracts and projects. He has extensive experience in corporate and contractual law matters, advising various clients in corporate reorganization processes, as well as in acquisitions and sales of companies and assets. Likewise, Cristián permanently advises clients on the structuring, development and execution of real estate projects of different nature.
Is member of the arbitrator panel of the Courts of Appeal of Santiago and San Miguel.
Before Donoso & Silva, he was part of Fontaine y Compañía and then served in the Department of Corporate and Legal Affairs of Empresa Nacional de Energía Enex S.A.

BRUNO ROMO MUÑOZ
His practice is focused on dispute resolution, with broad expertise in civil litigation and arbitration related to regulatory and corporate matters. He has represented foreign and local companies and individuals in an extensive range of legal issues advising in contractual liability and torts, possesory actions, inheritance distribution, administrative fines challenges and consumer law actions, among others.
Regarding academic activities, he teached both Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law at Adolfo Ibáñez University.
From 2017 is member of the arbitrator panel of the Courts of Appeal of Santiago and San Miguel.

José María has more than 10 years experience as litigator. He has been involved in civil, commercial, consumer protection, infringement and labor matters, mainly defending construction companies, public works concessionaires, real estate companies, banks and financial institutions, before ordinary and arbitration courts.
