Rodrigo concentrates his practice in the resolution of commercial, civil and infringement conflicts. He has participated in important cases before the Competition Court, representing clients linked to various industries, such as telecommunications, energy and maritime transport. Rodrigo permanently represents natural and legal persons in negotiations and arbitration proceedings.
He is part of the Department of Procedural Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the Universidad del Desarrollo, and has participated as an exhibitor in training courses for lawyers of the Corporation for Judicial Assistance of Chile.
Is member of the arbitrator panel of the Court of Appeal of Santiago.

He has extensive experience in corporate and contractual law matters, advising various clients in corporate reorganization processes, as well as in acquisitions and sales of companies and assets. Likewise, Cristián permanently advises clients on the structuring, development and execution of real estate projects of different nature.
